GE Appliances, a Haier company, announced the 2025 Blue Wave, the company’s signature, corporate-wide day of service, which took place Oct. 17, 2025. Setting a new corporate record, nearly 1,000 (previous record was 654) employee volunteers from offices, plants and field locations across the United States partnered with local nonprofits to address impactful community projects, demonstrating GE Appliances’ culture of service and the company’s commitment to the places where employees live and work.
In 2024, GE Appliances employees set a company record, contributing nearly 17,000 volunteer hours to organizations across the U.S. The company’s sustained commitment to service and community impact also earned global recognition, including:
